1.Aratikaya roasted
2.Fenugreek leaves
4.Dry red chillies
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chilli paste
7.Salt to taste
8.Chana dal dry red chilli paste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add 4-5 dry red chillies,curry leaves,green chilli paste,fenugreek leaves 1 cup and saute for few minutes.
3.Add salt to taste,chana dal paste and mix well,fry for few minutes.
4.Now add mashed aratikaya and give it a good mix,fry on medium flame.
5.Cook for 4-5 minutes,transfer into a plate and garnish capsicum sprigs.
