Veg Chinese Balls


1.Beans grated
2.Carrot "
3.Capsicum "
4.Oil for deep frying
5.Cabbage grated
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Chilli sauce
11.Tomato sauce
13.Bread slices


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add beans,carrot,cabbage,capsicum grated,ajinomoto a pinch,salt to taste,red chilli powder,chilli sauce 1 tbsp,vinegar 1 tbsp,tomato sauce 1 tbsp and mix well.Cook for few minutes till vegetables are tender.
3.Transfer onto a plate,heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Take bread slices and sprinkle some water,now place the mixture and enclose it,coat with little amount of maida batter for binding.Prepare round balls and keep aside.Coat balls with semiya.
5.Gently drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry,fry balls till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin.
6.Cut the balls into 2 halves and serve hot with tomato sauce.
