Macaroni Payasam


1.Macaroni (fry in ghee)
5.Cashew nuts
6.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed and boil fried macaroni.
2.Boil for 5-6 minutes till it becomes tender.
3.Add 1/2 cup milk and bring it to boil for few more minutes,add 1 cup sugar and mix well till sugar melts evenly.Keep stirring.
4.Finally sprinkle roughly mashed cardamoms and give it a mix.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with fried cashew nuts and kismis.Serve hot.
