1.Roasted semiya
3.Urad dal batter
5.Cashew nuts
8.Rice flour


1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and fry cashew nuts,kismis till light golden colour and transfer into a bowl.
2.Take another pour 2 cups of water and bring it to boil,add 1 cup semiya and give it a mix.
3.Add 1/2 sugar and give it a good mix,keep stirring till the sugar melts evenly.Now add fried dry fruits.Rest the mixture to cool for few minutes.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Take a bowl add urad dal batter,some rice flour and mix well with some water and prepare a thick batter consistency.
6.Prepare semiya mixture into small round dumplings and dip in urad dal batter,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
7.Keep turning the balls and fry evenly in golden brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin and garnish with dry fruits,serve hot.
