4.Red chilli powder
5.Coriander powder
6.Onion chopped
7.Green chillies
8.Salt to taste
9.Cumin seeds


1.Take a bowl add brinjal (cut into round slices)add some maida,salt to taste and mix well.
2.Take a flat pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Now place the brinjal slices in pan and shallow fry on both the sides.
4.Keep turning the slices and fry evenly,transfer onto a paper napkin and set aside.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
6.Add cumin seeds,green chillies 3-4,peanuts fry for few minutes till light golden.
7.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute till golden,add coriander powder 2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and give it a mix,fry for few minutes.
8.Finally add fried brinjal slices and give it a good mix,fry for 2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
