1.Jowar flour
2.Soaked chana dal paste
4.Green chillies
5.Ginger chopped
6.Curry leaves finley chopped
7.Onion chopped
8.Red chilli powder


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 1/2 cup jowar flour,soaked chana dal paste 1 cup,sprinkle some vaamu,green chillies,ginger chopped finley,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste mix well all the ingredients evenly with water and prepare a dough.
3.Prepare dumplings from the mixture and prepare small vadas on your palms.
4.Slowly drop vadas in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Keep turning the vadas in between and fry evenly,fry till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin,serve hot.
