2.Besan flour
3.Oil for deep frying
4.Cumin seeds
5.Onion chopped
6.Coriander powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl cut the idlies intoo 4 halves,take another bowl add onion chopped 1 cup,cumin seeds,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt to taste,green chillies,besan flour mix well all the ingredients evenly by sprinkling some water.
3.Gently mix the idlies with besan flour,slowly drop the idlies in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning idlies on both sides,fry till light golden brown color and crisp.Transfer onto a paper napkin.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
