Dry Fish Egg Curry

Ingredients:

1.Boiled eggs
2.Dry prawns
3.Tomatoes chopped
4.Onion chopped
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander powder
7.Tamarind juice
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Oil
12.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Fry boiled eggs 5 for few minutes till light golden colour.Transfer into a bowl
3.In the same pan add onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies,pinch of salt and saute till golden.
4.Add dry prawns 1 cup and saute,add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and give it a mix.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes till done,add red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix well.
6.Add coriander powder and give it a mix evenly,add some tamarind  water,bring it to boil.
7.Finally fried eggs and mix well,cover and cook for few more minutes,transfer onto a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
