Semiya Chakkara Pongali


1.Boiled semiya
2.Boiled moong dal
3.Sugar and cardamom powder
5.Cashew nuts
7.Coconut pieces


1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nuts,kismis,coconut pieces till light golden colour and transfer into a bowl.
3.Take another pan add 1/2 cup jaggery,some water and melt,while its melting add 2 cups boiled semiys,1 cup boiled moong dal and mix well.
4.Add fried cashew nuts,kismis,coconut pieces,cardamom powder 1 tbsp and give it a good stir.
5.Cook for few minutes,off the stove and serve hot.
