Ponaganti Aaku Kandi Pappu Fry

Ingredients:


1.Ponaganti aaku
2.Toor dal
3.Salt
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Mustard seeds
7.Cumin seeds
8.Urad dal
9.Red chillies
10.Curry leaves
11.Garlic cloves
12.Hing
13.Chana dal
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Soak toor dal for 2 hours and boil for 10 minutes,add ponaganti aaku and cook for another 5 minutes till leaves are tender.Cover and cook.
2.Heat some oil in a pan add urad dal,chana dal,garlic cloves,cumin seeds,red chillies,mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
3.Add turmeric powder,hing and add boiled and cooked toor dal and mix well,add some salt,red chilli powder and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
