Egg Manchuria


1.Egg mixture 6
2.Corn flour
5.Pepper powder
6.Ginger chopped
7.Garlic chopped
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Green chillies
11.Turmeric powder
13.Onion chopped
14.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add egg mixture,salt to taste,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
2.Take another bowl,grease some oil and transfer the egg mixture into it.
3.In a pressure pan add some water,place the egg mixture in it,cover it with a lid.Cook on medium flame.
while take a bowl add 3 tbsp corn flour,maida 1 1/2 tbsp,salt to
taste,pepper powder mix well with some water into a thick paste.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Remove the egg mixture from pressure pan,rest the mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
5.Cut the egg mixture into small pieces,transfer into a plate.
6.Now dip the egg pieces in corn flour batter and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour.
7.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
8.Add ginger,garlic chopped,green chillies,onion chopped and saute till light golden colour.
9.Add pinch of turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix well,add curry leaves and mix well.
1 tbsp curd,give it a mix,some water as we needed for gravy
consistency.Finally add eggs manchuria pieces in fried mixture and give
it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve
