Shimla Mirchi Fry


2.Turmeric powder
4.Dry coconut powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Putnala powder
8.Cumin,garlic,sesame powder


1.Take a bowl add putnala powder 1/2 cup,sesame mixture 1/2 cup,dry coconut powder 1/2 cup,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Slit the capsicum with a knife vertically and stuff the powdered mixture,keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
4.Place the stuffed capsicums in hot oil,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
5.Keep turning in regular intervals and fry evenly
6.Fry till they change into brown colour.transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
