Beerakaya Pottu Egg Curry


1.Beerakaya pottu
2.Eggs boiled
4.Onion chopped
5.Red chilli powder
6.Turmeric powder
7.Cumin seeds
8.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Powdered peanut
11.Tomatoes chopped


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Fry boiled eggs 3 for few minutes till light brown colour and transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add cumin seeds,green chillies 4-5,onion chopped 1 cup and saute till light golden.
4.Add turmeric powder,red chillli powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well.
5.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and cook till soft and pulpy.
6.Add 1 cup beerkaya pottu and give it a good mix,fry for 2 minutes.
7.Add fried eggs,gently give it a mix,finally add peanut powder 3 tbsp and give it a final mix.Transfer into a bowl,Serve hot.
