Kobbari Royyala Fry

Ingredients:

1.Prawns
2.Oil
3.Turmeric powder
4.Red chilli powder
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Salt to taste
8.Onion chopped
9.Coriander powder
10.Coconut grated

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies 3-5,onion chopped 1 cup and saute till light golden colour.
3.Add prawns 1 cup,a pinch of turmeric powder and fry for few minutes.
4.Add coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,some water as we needed for boiling prawns,cover and cook for few minutes till water evaporates.
5.Add red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,grated coconut 1/2 cup and mix well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl.serve hot.
