2.Cashew nuts
3.Salt to taste
4.Cumin seeds
5.Green chillies
6.Idly batter
8.Carrot grated
9.Turmeric powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add Cumin seeds,green chillies,beans chopped 1/2 cup,carrot grated 1/2 cup,salt to taste,pinch of turmeric powder and saute for a minute.Add cashew nuts and mix well.
3.Take a bowl add 1/2 cup idly batter,salt,urad dal batter and mix well evenly.
4.Place the fried mixture in idly moulds,scoop some batter on top of it.Repeat the same process.
5.Cover with a lid and steam cook for 10 minutes.Slowly remove the idly from the moulds and serve hot.
