1.Soaked rice
2.Raw mango pieces
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Whole garam masala
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Turmeric powder
9.Onion chopped
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala,green chillies,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup and saute till light golden colour.
3.Add raw mango pieces,turmeric powder,fry for few minutes.
4.Add 2 cups of water,salt to taste and bring it to boil.
5.Add soaked rice and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes till rice cooks completely.
6.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,transfer into a plate and serve hot.
