Ingredients:

1.Dosa batter
2.Coconut grated
3.Oil
4.Salt to taste
5.Cumin seeds
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves and saute.
3.Take a bowl add dosa batter,salt to taste and mix well.
4.Take a flat pan drizzle some oil and spread all over the pan.
5.Scoop in some batter and spread into a dosa,drizzle some oil around dosa.
6.Sprinkle some coconut grated,tempering mixture and fry on medium flame.After frying roll onto opposite direction.Transfer into a plate.Serve hot.
