1.Corn kernels
3.Besan flour
4.Cumin powder
5.Dry mango powder
6.Ginger chopped
7.Green chillies chopped
8.Curry leaves
9.Onion chopped
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add corn 1 cup boiled,paneer cut into pieces,green chillies 2 tbsp,ginger chopped,curry leaves,onion chopped 1/2 cup,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,besan flour 1 bowl mix well all the ingredients evenly with water.
3.Drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the pakodas till dark brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot.
