1.Tomatoes chopped
3.Salt to taste
4.Garam masala powder
5.Dry mango powder
6.Coriander powder
9.Cumin seeds
10.Green chillies
11.Curry leaves
12.Fennel seeds (Sounf)
13.Turmeric powder
15.Besan flour
16.Boiled potatoes


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup curd and whisk it,add besan flour 1 tbsp mix well,1/4 tbsp turmeric powder,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients evevnly ini curd.
2.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.
3.Add cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,sounf 1/2 tbsp,green chillies,curry leaves and saute.
4.Add inguva a pinch,tomatoies chopped 1 cup,some water as we needed,cover and cook for few minutes.
5.Add curd mixture and some water,give it a mix.
6.Add salt to taste,sugar and bring it to boil,finally add boiled potatoes some water and cook for few minutes.
7.Finally add garam masala powder and give it a mix,transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
