Gangavayela Koora Pappu

Ingredients:

1.Boiled toor dal
2.Gangavayela koora
3.Green chillies
4.Garlic cloves
5.Onion chopped
6.Dry red chillies
7.Salt to taste
8.Tomatoes chopped
9.Cumin seeds
10.Oil
11.Turmeric powder
12.Curry leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,dry red chillies 3,curry leaves saute for a minute.
3.Add garlic cloves 4-5,pinch of turmeric powder,onion chopped 1 cup and mix well,saute till golden brown.
4.Add green chillies 6-7 cut and slitted,chopped gangavayela koora 1 cup,saute till tender.
5.Add tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup,cook till tomatoes are soft and tender.
6.Add some water as we needed and cook for few minutes.
7.Finally add boiled and mashed toor dal,some water and mix well.
8.Add salt to taste,and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
