Dosakaya Pulihora

Ingredients:

1.Rice cooked
2.Dosakaya grated
3.Tempering seeds
4.Oil
5.Green chillies
6.Dry red chillies
7.Mustard powder
8.Peanuts
9.Inguva (Asofetida)
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Curry leaves
13.Chana dal

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add cooked rice 1 bowl,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,oil 2 tbsp,mustard powder 1 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,dosakaya grated 1/2 cup mix well evenly in rice.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add dry red chillies 6,peanuts 2 tbsp,chana dal 1 1/2tbsp,cumin,mustard,urad dal mixture 2 tbsp,inguva 1/2 tbsp,curry leaves,green chillies 3 and saute till light golden brown colour.
4.Off the stove and transfer into rice mixture and give it a fine mix,transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
