Beerakaya Egg Curry


1.Egg mixture
2.Beerakaya pieces
3.Garam masala powder
4.Coriander powder
5.Cumin powder
6.Onion chopped
7.Green chillies
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
11.Ginger garlic paste


1.Take a pan pour 5 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 5-6 cut and slitted,saute for few minutes till light golden colour.
3.Add red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well.
4.Add chopped beerakaya 1 cup,some water and give it a good mix.
5.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till tender,add coriander powder 1 tbsp and give it a stir wait for a minute and add garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
6.Finally add egg mixture and mix well evenly,cook for few minutes till done.Transfer onto a plate,serve hot.
