Gummadikaya Billa Vakkalu

Ingredients:

1.Budidha Gummadikaya
2.Rice flour
3.Sesame seeds
4.Chana dal
5.Green chilli grated
6.Oil
7.Cumin seeds
8.Coriander leaves
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Pudina
11.Salt to taste
12.Curry leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add rice flour 1 bowl,grated gummadikaya 1 cup,green chillli paste,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,soaked chana dal,pudina leaves,sesame seeds mix well all the ingredients evenly with some water as we needed.
2.Meanswhile heat a pan,prepare round dumplings.
3.Take a plastic cover grease some oil,place the round dumpling and press into a thin layered chapathi.Repeat the same process for other dumplings.
4.Now place the chapathi on flat pan and cook,keep turning in between and cook evenly by drizzling some oil.
5.Cook till it changes into light golden colour.Transfer into a plate,serve hot.
