Ingredients:

1.Brinjals
2.Mustard oil
3.Bay leaf
4.Cumin powder
5.Inguva
6.Mustard powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Dry mango powder
9.Black cloves
10.Salt to taste
11.Fenugreek powder
12.Red chilli powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Powder preparation:Mix Turmeric powder,mustard powder,salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,menthi powder(fenugreek powder),dry mango powder,inguva.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
4.Add black cloves 2-3,bay leaf 2-3,now stuff the brinjal with powdered mixture(cut the brinjal in 4 slits).
5.Slowly place them in hot oil,keep turning the brinjals in regular intervals.
6.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till brinjals turn tender and completely cooked.
7.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
