3.Fenugreek leaves
4.Besan flour
5.Corn flour
6.Curry leaves
7.Tempering seeds
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Coriander powder
12.Garam masala powder
13.Corn flour
14.Ginger garlic paste
15.Lemon juice
16.Green chillies


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves and saute for few minutes till golden colour.
2.Add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,salt and saute for few minutes.
3.Add boiled and mashed potatoes,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder and mix well.
4.Add oats and fry for few minutes,add coriander leaves and mix well.Transfer into a bowl and cool down the mixture.
5.Prepare small tikkis with mixture,meanwhile dissolve besan flour,corn flour in water.
6.Dip tikkis in corn flour mixture and drop in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
