Ingredients:

1.Kakarakayalu deseeded fried and stuffed with mashed potato
2.Cashew nut paste
3.Milk
4.Fresh cream
5.Green chilli paste
6.Oil
7.Ghee
8.Butter
9.Garam masala powder
10.Sugar
11.Salt to taste
12.Boiled and mashed potatoes
13.Ginger garlic paste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil,1 1/2 tbsp ghee,butter 1 tbsp and melt it.
2.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and saute for a minute.
3.Add cashew nut paste 1 cup,milk cup,fresh cream 2 tbsp and mix well,bring it to boil.
4.Add green chilli paste 1 tbsp,mix well.Add some water and give it a stir.
5.Add garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,sugar 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well,cook for few minutes till done.
6.Off the stove,place kakarakayalu in a plate,pour the gravy from top and add 1 tbsp butter.Serve hot.
