2.Boiled green peas
3.Coriander leaves
4.Cumin seeds
5.Onion chopped
6.Tomatoes chopped
7.Garam masala powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Green chillies
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Coriander powder
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup saute till golden brown colour.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,saute for a minute.
4.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,green chillies cut and slitted 4-5, and give it a mix,fry for a minute.
5.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup,cook till tender and soft.
6.Add cauliflower pieces,some water as we needed for gravy consistency.
7.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.
8.Finally add boiled green peas 1 cup,garam masala powder and give it a good stir.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
