1.Besan flour
2.Cashew nuts
3.Garlic cloves
5.Rice flour
6.Oil for deep frying
7.Turmeric powder
8.Coriander leaves
9.Red chilli powder
10.Lemon juice
11.Ginger garlic paste
13.Curry leaves
14.Boiled and mashed fish


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 1 bowl mashed fish mixture,besan flour 2 tbsp,maida 2 tbsp,rice flour 2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,lemon juice 2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
3.Mix well all the ingredients evenly with some water as we needed and prepare a dough.
4.Prepare small round balls with the mixture and gently drop them in hot oil.
5.Keep turning the balls and deep fry till golden colour,transfer onto a paper napkin.Drain excess oil.
6.Take another pan pour 2 tbsp oil,heat it.
7.Fry cashew nuts till golden,add garlic cloves and saute for a minute.
8.Add curd 1 tbsp,and mix well.Finally add fried balls in pan and give it a fine mix.Transfer onto a plate,serve hot.
