2.Tomato puree
3.Whole garam masala
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Coriander powder
10.Cumin powder
11.Kasoori methi
12.Garam masala powder
13.Muskmelon seeds
14.Fried brown onions
15.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and saute for a minute.
3.Add tomato puree 2 tbsp,pinch of turmeric powder,mutton 1 bowl and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
4.Add fried onion paste (fried onions,cashew nuts,musk melon seeds) 1 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp and mix well.
5.Add some water as we needed,sprinkle some kasoori methi mix well,adjust salt.
6.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes till tender and oil starts releasing and floats on top.
7.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
