1.Tomato puree
2.Onion chopped
3.Ginger/Garlic chopped
4.Cumin seeds
5.Salt to taste
6.Dry red chillies
8.Turmeric powder
9.Cashew nut powder
10.Ginger garlic paste
12.Garam masala powder
13.Cumin powder
14.Coriander powder
15.Fried Paneer
16.Tomatoes chopped


1.Take a pan pour 4 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup,saute till golden brown colour.
3.Add ginger,garlic chopped,dry red chillies 4,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,tomatoes chopped and saute,cook till tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
4.Add kova 1/2 cup,cashew nut paste 1 cup (prepared by adding some water) and mix well.
5.Add coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and mix well.cook for few minutes.
6.Add red chilli powder 1 tbsp,tomato puree 1/2 bowl,salt to taste,cook till oil release out.
7.Finally add fried paneer 1 cup,cashew nuts 10-15,sprinkle some coriander leaves and give it a mix.Cook for few seconds on medium flame.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
