Dondakaya Corn Flour Bajji

Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu
2.Curry leaves
3.Coriander leaves
4.Cumin seeds
5.Green chillies
6.Turmeric powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Corn flour
11.Rice flour
12.Ajinomoto

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take
a bowl add dondakayalu,green chillies,curry leaves,coriander
leaves,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2
tbsp,ajinomoto a pinch,salt to taste,rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp,corn flour 3
tbsp.
3.Mix well all the ingredients evenly with water some water.Prepare a stiff dough.
4.Slowly
drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry,keep turning the
pakodas till they change into golden brown colour.
5.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
