1.Soaked chana dal,moong dal
2.Rice flour
3.Coriander leaves
4.Tomato puree
6.Red chilli powder
7.Cumin seeds
8.Curry leaves
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Sesame seeds


1.Take a pan pour 1 bowl tomato puree,4 tbsp moong dal,chana dal soaked,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,some water,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,sesame seeds 2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,salt to taste,coriander leaves 1 cup,curry leaves,rice flour 1 cup and mix well,cook for few minutes on medium flame.
2.Rest the mixture to cool down,prepare a dough in a separate bowl.
3.Take a thin layered aluminum sheet,grease some oil and spread all over.
4.Now place small round dumpling on it and gently press into a thin layered chapathi with a roller stick.
5.Heat a pan by drizzling 1 tbsp oil,now gently reverse the sheet on pan.Cook for few minutes and then remove the sheet on top.
6.Drizzle some oil around chapathi and cook on both the sides evenly.Transfer into a plate,serve hot.
