Dry Fruit Carrot Polelu

Ingredients:

1.Boiled Moong dal
2.Cardamoms
3.Sugar
4.Maida
5.Carrot grated
6.Cashew nut,Badam,Pistha Grated
7.Ghee
8.Dry Coconut Powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add boiled moong dal and saute,keep stirring the mixture without forming any lumps.
3.Add carrot grated 1 cup saute for 2 minutes.
4.Add sugar 1 cup and mix well evenly with mixture.
5.Add dry coconut powder and give it a good mix,rest the mixture to cool for 1 hour.
6.Prepare a smooth with maida by adding water,pinch of salt.Rest the dough for 1 hour.
7.Now stuff dry fruits mixture in moong dal dumplings,keep aside.
8.Divide maida dough into small equal portions,now place moong dal mixture in maida and prepare poli by rolling into a thin layered chapathi.
9.Heat a flat pan,place poli on pan and cook by drizzling some ghee around,cook evenly on both sides.Transfer onto a plate serve hot.
