Dum Gobi

Ingredients:

1.Boiled cauliflower
2.Boiled green peas
3.Cinnamon stick,cloves
4.Cumin seeds
5.Oil
6.Mustard seeds
7.Urad dal
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Garam masala powder
11.Onion chopped
12.Salt to taste
13.Curd
14.Tomatoes chopped

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cinnamon stick,cloves,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,urad dal 1/2 tbsp saute for few minutes.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup saute till golden colour.
4.Add pinch of turmeric powder,1/2 red chilli powder  saute for a minute.
5.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and saute,cook till soft and pulpy.
6.Add some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
7.Add garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and give it mix,add boiled green peas 1 cup,boiled cauliflower 1 cup mix well evenly.
8.Adjust salt,curd mixed with water and add to the fried mixture,give it a fine mix.
9.Cover and cook for 2 minutes,transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
