2.Besan flour
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Onion chopped
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curry leaves
8.Green chillies
10.Red chilli powder
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin,mustard seeds 1/2 tbsps,curry leaves saute till they start spluttering.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute till light golden colour.
4.Add green chillies 4 cut and slitted,add pinch of asofetida (inguva) give it a mix.
5.Add red chilli powder  1/2 tbsp,brinjals cut into 1 inch size,salt to taste,give it aa good stir.
6.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till done,now add besan flour paste(besan flour,red chilli powder,salt) some water as we needed.Cook for a minute.
7.Transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.
