Soyikoora Kudumulu


1.Wheat flour
2.Garlic cloves
3.Mustard seeds
4.Red chilli powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Cumin seeds
7.Turmeric powder
8.Dry red chillies
10.Dill leaves (Soyi koora)


1.Kudumulu preparation:Prepare a smooth dough by adding wheat flour,salt,red chilli powder.Now divide the dough into small size pieces.Boil the pieces for 10 minutes and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add cumin,mustard seeds,garlic cloves 10 and saute till golden colour.
4.Add chopped dill leaves 1 cup,adjust salt and saute for a minute.
5.Add some water as we needed and bring it to boil,now add small round balls and cook for 5 minutes.
6.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder and cook for another 5 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
