Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Jaggery
3.Milk
4.Ghee
5.Oil for deep frying
6.Cardamom powder

Preparation:

1.Overnite process:Take a bowl add milk,jaggery and mix well till jaggery melts evenly.In the same bowl add ghee,cardamom powder and keep aside.
2.Now heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare boorelu,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning and fry evenly on both sides till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
