1.Rice flour
2.Oil for deep frying
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Sesame seeds
6.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pan pour 1/2 cup water,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,bring it to boil.
2.Take a bowl add rice flour 1 bowl,sesame seeds 1 tbsp,vaamu 1 tbsp,red chilli powder,salt to taste and mix well.
3.Add the flour mixture to boiling water and give it a good stir,keep stirring.
4.Off the stove,transfer the mixture into a plate and mix well,sprinkle some water and prepare a soft dough.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Take small amount of mixture,prepare small size tikkis on your palm.Repeat the same process for other.
7.Gently drop the tikkis in hot oil and deep fry,transfer onto paper napkin,serve.Store in air tight container.
