Kabuli Chana 65

Ingredients:

1.Kabuli Chana
2.Ginger
3.Garlic
4.Green chillies
5.Salt
6.Red chilli powder
7.Maida
8.Corn flour
9.Garam masala powder
10.Ajinomoto
11.Soya sauce
12.Tomato sauce
13.Red chilli sauce
14.Eggs
15.Ginger garlic paste
16.Oil

Preparation
:


1.Soak overnight kabuli chana,pressure cook for 2 whistles.
2.Add corn flour,maida,salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,egg white and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Rest aside the mixture for 1/2 hour.
3.Heat oil for deep frying,drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
4.Transfer into a paper napkin,remove excess oil.
5.Heat some oil in another pan,add ginger,garlic chopped,green chillies and fry for few seconds.
6.Add soya sauce,tomato sauce,red chilli sauce,ajinomoto and saute,add some water as required.
7.Finally add fried kabuli chana and toss well,transfer into serving plate,serve hot.
