Matthur Vada


1.Wheat flour
3.Bombay ravva
4.Onion chopped
5.Green chilli paste
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 1 scoop of wheat flour,maida,bombay ravva in equal quantities.
3.Add salt to taste,onion chopped 3 tbsp,green chilli paste 3 tbsp,coriander leaves,curry leaves,oil heated 1 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients evenly with water and prepare a smooth dough.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions,take a plastic cover and grease some oil all over it.
5.Place a dumpling and press into a small size vada,gently drop vadas in hot oil and deep fry.
6.Keep turning the vadas and fry evenly on both side till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil and serve hot.
