1.Take a pan pour 3-4 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add 1 cup milk,2 cups water and bring it to boil.
3.Combine bombay ravva,sugar in equal quantities (1 cup) and keep aside.
4.Off the stove and add bombay ravva slowly,keep stirring without forming any lumps.
5.Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.Off the stove and rest the mixture to cool down,prepare round balls.
6.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
7.Prepare a smooth dough with maida,divide into small equal portions,now stuff the ball inside the dough and press it on greased plastic cover into a puri.
8.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning on both sides and fry evenly.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil and serve hot.
