Ingredients:

1.Boiled Rajma
2.Coconut milk
3.Boiled vegetables
4.Onion chopped
5.Cashew nuts
6.Cumin seeds
7.Oil
8.Green chillies
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 5 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,cashew nuts 6-8,saute till golden brown colour.
3.Add onion chopped saute till golden colour,green chillies cut and slitted 5-6,mix well.
4.Add turmeric powder a pinch,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,fry for a minute.
5.Add boiled rajma 1/2 cup and give it a mix,fry for few minutes,finally add cocnut milk cook for a minute on medium flame.
6.Now add boiled vegetables(beans.potato,cucumber,sorakaya,carrot,pumpkin) and mix well.
7.Add salt to taste,give it a mix.Cover and cook for 5 minutes,transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
