Ingredients:

1.Rice flour
2.Butter
3.Sesame seeds
4.Vaamu
5.Oil
6.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 cup rice flour,sprinkle some vaamu,sesame seeds,salt to taste and mix well.
2.Add 2 tbsp butter and give it a mix,add lukewarm water and mix well.Prepare a smooth dough.
3.Prepare small round balls from the dough,keep aside the balls for 1 hour.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning the balls regularly.
6.Fry till golden brown colour and transfer onto a paper napkin.Drain excess oil and serve.
