3.Coriander powder
4.Chaat masala powder
6.Red chilli powder
7.Green chillies
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Tempering seeds
11.Coriander leaves
12.Curry leaves
13.Lemon juice


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add onions and saute till brown colour,add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste and saute.
3.Add turmeric powder,tomatoes and give it a stir,cover and cook for 5 minutes till tomatoes are tender.
4.Add salt,red chilli powder,soaked and boiled pesalu to the frying pan.Mix well.
5.Add some water as required,cover and cook for another 5 minutes,sprinkle some coriander powder,chole masala powder,lemon juice and mix well evenly.
6.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and cover and cook for a minute.Serve hot.
