Minapappu Murukulu

Ingredients:

1.Urad flour (urad dal roasted and grinded)
2.Rice flour
3.Cumin seeds
4.Oil
5.Asofetida
6.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add urad flour 1 cup,rice flour 1 cup,cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,inguva (asofetida) a pinch mix well all the ingredients with water.
3.Prepare a smooth dough,now take a sev presser place some dough inside it.
4.Place a medium holed disc at the bottom and start pressing.
5.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like sev and fry,keep turning in between and fry evenly till golden brown colour.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
