Ingredients:

1.Toor dal (Mudda pappu)
2.Sesame seeds paste
3.Dry coconut powder
4.Tomatoes chopped
5.Brinjal boiled
6.Coriander powder
7.Onion chopped
8.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Coriander leaves
13.Curry leaves
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add curry leaves,onion chopped 1/2 cup,saute for few minutes till golden colour.
3.Add 2 green chillies finely chopped,mix well.
4.Add toor dal 1 bowl,sesame seeds paste 1 cup and give it a mix,cook for few minutes.
5.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,pinch of turmeric powder, and give it a mix.
6.Add 1/2 glass water,cook for 2 minutes by covering a lid.
7.Add boiled brinjal 1 bowl,coriander powder 1 tbsp,dry coconut powder 2 tbsp,sprinkle some coriander leaves and give it a fine mix.
8.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
