1.Moong dal
2.Radish grated
4.Green chillies
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Curry leaves
9.Tempering seeds
11.Coriander leaves
13.Coriander powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,green chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add onions and saute till onions are tender,add ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,curry leaves and mix well.
3.Add soaked moong dal to frying pan and give it a mix,cover and cook for few minutes on medium flame.
4.Add grated radish,carrot and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes.
5.Sprinkle some coriander powder,coriander leaves and give it a good mix.Cover and cook for a minute.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
