8.Ginger garlic paste

13.Salt to taste

1.Take a pan pour 1 cup ghee,melt it.
2.Add whole garam masala,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,onion paste 1 cup and saute till light brown colour.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp (as we needed) tomato puree 1 cup,cashew nut paste 1 cup,fry for 3 minutes.
4.Add mutton 100 gms,mix well.Add milk 1 cup,salt to taste,coriander powder 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp and give it a mix.
5.Add some grated badam,some water as we needed and cook for few minutes.
6.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,cover and cook till done.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves,tomatoes.Serve hot.
