2.Dry red chillies
3.Salt to taste
4.Coriander seeds
5.Tamarind juice
6.Tempering seeds
8.Onion chopped


1.Take a pan pour 3-4 tbsp of oil and heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,onion chopped 1 cup saute for few minutes.
3.Add brinjals cut into 4 quarters,cover and cook for few minute still tender.
4.Cook till tender and brownish colour.Add1/2 cup tamarind juice,salt to taste,jaggery 1 tbsp,mix well till jaggery melts.
5.Add masala paste (tempering seeds,coriander seeds,dry red chillies) 1/2 cup and mix well.Cook on medium flame for a minute.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.
