Kuragayala Pulagam

Ingredients:

1.Rice 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Carrot
4.Cauliflower
5.Beans
6.Oil
7.Ghee
8.Onion chopped
9.Green chillies
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Cumin seeds
13.Pepper powder
14.Curry leaves
15.Dry red chillies

Preparation:

1.Pressure cook rice,moong dal by adding pinch os turmeric powder and salt.Cook for 3 whistles.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add cumin seeds,pinch of turmeric powder,curry leaves,cauliflower,carrot,beans 1 cup all vegetables in equal quantities,fry for few minutes.
4.Add green chillies,mix well.Cover and cook till tender.
5.Add green peas 1/2 cup and give it a good stir.Now add cooked rice into fried mixture and give it a fine stir.
6.Add 1 tbsp ghee,sprinkle some pepper powder.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
